Tampa bay Buccaneers pre season game

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers played their first pre game against the Miami Dolphins on Saturday August 10, 2008. The Buc’s offence definitely improved since last year, with a final score of 17 points.  Brian Griese threw to Brian Clark for a quick touchdown completing the 78 yard drive with the score of 7-3 in the second quarter.  With Chris Simms as quarter back he throws a pass to Bennett for a 31 yard run to Miami’s 2, and then he finally gets the 1 yard touchdown for a score of 17-6 in the fourth quarter.   The Buc’s defense also did an outstanding job that night, and did not let the Dolphin’s offence inside their 20 yard line, but unfortunately Miami’s kicker Matt Bryant scored two field goals, one in the second quarter, and the other in the third.  Overall the pre season game was an incredible game and a great way to start out the Buccaneer’s pre-season with the game average 1-0.
